Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child support

i have been paying child support on my daughter for 5 years now. she dropped out of school at only the age of 14 because she kept failing the same grade 4 years straight. do i still have to continue paying child support when she is no longer in school? i have also been out of work since feb. but i do stay home and take care of my son and my fiancees children. i have received a notice that my license and reg. will be cancelled if i dont pay.

Re: child support

Unless you modify the support order you must pay. Change of financial ability may be a ground to seek court modification.
