Child Support ?

I've been paying child support for 16 yrs. Never missed a payment. Last week my son who is 16 was arrested and is in jail w/o bond for burglery and criminal trespass. Facing 16 to 18 months in jail. If he's in jail do I still have to pay child support? My x wife wont be supporting him the state of Florida will.

Not if you can obtain a modification of the court order due to change in circumstances.
