Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child support payments

My ex employer refuses to pay me chid support even after the central depository had sent them the order again to comply. They claim that my ex requested that they stop paying me.Can't I hold that company liable for this? Can I file something against the company on my own? They already owe me $900

Re: child support payments

You can seek a court order directing them to pay.

Re: child support payments

Since you already have a court order directing them to pay, they are directly liable to you for the child support. You can take them to small claims court for the $900.
