Child support payments & quit claim deed

I was divorced on November 16th, 2006 and in the decree I was supposed to receive my first child support payment on December 1st. Also, my ex was supposed to sign a quit claim deed which gives me my home. My ex has not paid me the child support and claims that he is too busy to sign the quit claim deed. What is my recourse at this point?
