CHILD SUPPORT and POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION

My divorce was in Indiana I now live in Florida my child is now 23 and I am still paying child support and education expences

When will child support and education end?

By Florida law, your child support ends when your child turns 18 or graduates, whichever is later, but never past 19. But your settlement agreement can make it later than 19, if that's what you've agreed to. Since your divorce was in Indiana, your child support may end later according to your judgment or settlement agreement. Indiana law may provide for child support for college or later. I wouldn't know anything about Indiana law.
