Child support
I presently live in Brazil. Have sent child support , however , did miss one year. Both children are now over 18. Can I return to U.S. without courts jumping on me?

Child support is a vested property interest that vests when due. It is owed as long as it is unpaid, no matter what age the children reach. So the answer is "yes;" you are still responsible for the arrearage in child support.
