Child Support

Hi my problem is my son is 2 yrs old. his father has been paying the daycare for the past year. We came to the agreemebt that he would pay it directly to the school and I would not take the case to court. i just found out he hasnt paid in 2 months. About two weeks ago I began the court process for child support because he has a very bad temper and he would call me to harass me. He wont answer my phone calls and I have no way to speak to him. What should I do? I need to pay the daycare but I have no extra money and I need to work.
