child support

I have not received child support for my ex-housband for almost a year. how can i make him paid all that money back. if we go to court that he need to paid all that money back and also interest.

You will need to file a Rule to Show Cause why he should not be held in contempt for his violation of the child support order. If he violates that order, the court will hold him in contempt and could possibly have him incarcerated.
