Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child support reduction

I've tried to have the court over in california to reduce my amount of child support that was ordered back in 1995, and up to this day I've not been able to have them to do so, since I cannot afford representation. Finally I have employment in florida after almost 5 years of different contract jobs and am hoping that this job will turn out permanent, my ex...is taking me to court for the state to enforce the order, I don't even make what the court ordered for me to pay.

What can I do when I attend the hearing and what other recommendations you have for me.

Thank You so very much in advance.

Louis

Re: Child support reduction

The Florida court will enforce the Calif. order. Modification must be there.
