Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
"I am on child support (behind) but I spend time with my son and do as much as I can (truthfully).
My son mother called me and stated my 3 year old had been kicked out of school because of behavior. If I did not allow him to come live with me because she needed a break that she would ship him to live with her family in another state.
Because of a conversation we had, she got upset and just moved my son away, while she still lives in florida were I live.
What do I di to get my son back in florida and get in front of a judge?

You need to file a petition to establish paternity, and for other related relief. As you won't get a 2nd chance if things go wrong, I strongly suggest retaining an attorney.
She cannot just ship the child off to a relative like that. You have to go to court to establish your rights asap.
You must take timely action or a court may say you have waived your rights. If you were married to Mom you need to file a Petition to Modify the prior Final Judgment to give you custody. If you never married Mom you need to file for paternity ASAP. No Judge will do anything until you are established as the Father.
