what is the statute of limitation for demanding payment of past child support in Florida?

As each payment of support accrues,it is equivalent to a moneyjudgment for that amount.
Absent extraordinary circumstances, it is perpetually enforcable.It is not dischargable in bankruptcy either. If you are owed,I suggest that you proceed to collection at once. If you owe it, pay up.
