Child Support

is it true that if your exhusband does not work and claims been helped or supported by his girlfriend (for 6 years, the law will make her also responsible for the payments of his child support? Child support has not been paid for the last 6 years and was asign for 2 kids a ridiculous amount of 450 dollars, now shows that he has an apartment worth 345k and she has a house worth 450k aquired after his divorce. can i place a lean on her house and his apartment to secure payments of child support? is it legal in florida ?
