Is it true that I can get all rights taking from my daughters faher if he has not had anything to do with her since she was born?

His rights will be terminated only if someone else wants to adopt her or if he has been proven to be a danger to her. Courts do not want to terminate without these circumstances because they are also terminating the child's right to support from that Father.
