Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Support

Twelve years ago in FLorida I was awarded residential custody of my then 3 year old girl. She has lived with me since, visiting her mother once a month or so and a month in the summer. We have lived in Atlanta for the last four years and my ex lives in AL. At my pleading the Judge suspended judgement on child support for my wive 12 years ago, she was unemployeed and I didn't want to be bailing her out. As the years rolled on, she has actively particpated in buying my daughter clothes. Now that my daughter is 15 there is talk of her living with her mother. If my ex comes after me for child support can I apply the last 12 years towards her request?

Re: Child Support

I wouldnt think so, certainly if the judge in FL declined to order her to pay support then what obligation does she have?
