Child Support

I did an upward modification that had to go to another state. The state I am living in say they never got the court order, the other state has been sending the correct amount. The state I live in has been keeping the money, how do I collect the amount of what they called over payments.

Get them a certfied copy of the court order -- you can request this by mail from the court that issued the order, call for instructions as there will be some fee and you should pay in advance.
