child support and vistitation

i currently have a child support case i am the custodial parent well i dont get the payments like I'm spossed to and he owes me 7,996 and child support enforment doesnt seem to do anything we also dont have any custdy or vistitaion right now i let him see our child a speak with her is there anything i can do about getting the money thats owed to me

Hire a private lawyer, who will file a motion for contempt against him.
