Child support warrant

My husband has a warrant out for not paying child support, but he's been making payments through the court system. How do we go about getting this warrant lifted?

Your husband will have to file a motion to set aside the warrant. The motions are rarely granted if the information provided upon requesting the order was correct. Generally, a court will keep the warrant out until said time as the full amount has been paid.
