child support
I have a 17yrs old daughter soon to be 18 this March. She's going to college and I would like to know if I'm entiled to child support since she's not going away to college and still going to be living with me the mom.

The statute provides that child support terminates when a child reaches 18 or finishes high school, whichever comes later. Though it's legal, it's very, very rare for a judge to award child support for a college-aged child.
