Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child support,Living together

I have been paying child support since 1993 of $200.00 a month. In 2000 I raised it to $400.00 because I was making more money. I have never been court ordered.I have always paid as I should. We have since been living together again for about 6 month's and she still thinks, even though we split all the bills I should still be paying support. We moved back in together to raise our son together .Should I still have to pay support? we both earn about $1200.00 a month. Please reply as soon as possible maybe this will settle our disagreement. Thank You R.Linville

Re: Child support,Living together

Since you are living together with the child and sharing all costs I see no obligation on your part to keep paying support.
