Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have Child Supports Arrears which I am paying. I am looking to purchase a house. Will my home tax credit be withheld? Do I have any recourse to stop that from happening and from my tax returns being withheld? thanks

Any money you would receive back from the IRS will likely be withheld. To stop this, you'll have to set up a payment plan for your arrearage through a judge or other judicial officer or through the Department of Revenue.

Sure it will be. You owe this for your children's support. Bite the bullet and get caught up.
