Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

''child support-unmarried''

I was getting married to a man who I am currently having a baby iwth--things didn't work out, so by his request in my 7 month of pregnancy was asked to move out. Not knowing how to start the proceedings of child support, and what are his rights to our baby? We have agreed that the child will stay in my care, but what are his rights to vistitation and how do they establish the amount of child support? Does the visitation have to always or if ever be held at my apartment or does he pick up the child? being that he made a lot more money than I, he lives in a very expensive house and I am now living in a small apartment.

Re: ''child support-unmarried''

You need to file a Paternity Action. This will confirm or establish that he is the father. At the same time child support will be calculated using both net incomes and a visitation schedule will be drafted. Review my web page for more information which addresses this issue. www.attorney-4u.com
