Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

This is a Child upport question. I have two job(full time and partime). Child support takes from the full time job because of a court order. Recently they started taking from the part time job as well and its not suppose to be like that. When I went to them they said it was a mistake on their end and that the money will be refunded( about $1000.00). A few days later they said it wont be refunded cause its just about 3months of the ordered child support payment. So how do I get them to stop taking from the part time job and is there anyway to get back the money?

Where is your Income Deduction Order - if your ex gave one to the part time job and one to the full time job - then the two payors from the jobs should get together and deduct appropriately from each up to the amount you actually owe. There is never a refund.
