child visitation

i would like to have visitation through the court. when my child's mother get mad at me she will not allow me to see my son.

how do i request to see judge?

Hello:

I just read your question. I would suggest getting an atty. to assist you with this or contact the legal aid office for your county.

If you must do it yourself, you may want to contact the clerk of court where the case is located. An assistant may give you some advice. Basically, you are going to have to file a request or Motion for visitation. However, I forgot to ask if this case has ever been in ther court system. If no one has ever gone to court, this changes things. You have to initiate a Paternity case if the mother and you weren't married.

If there has already been a Pat. case filed, was visitation ruled on? If so, you may need to modify the prior ruling. This is all I can say without knowing the above facts and more. 'Hope this helps. Tom Rosenblum.
