Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Visitation

The Father and I share custody with the primary residence with the father. I visit as much as I can, I live in another city. Recently, I was asked to give up custody and I refused now the father will not let our son come to visit for a week or so. After we agreed on plans and dates for the visit. What rights do I have and can I fight him for visits at my house?

Child Visitation

You have very specific rights under Florida law. You need to speak with your attorney ASAP or seek counsel through Legal Aid if you can't afford an attorney. You cannot be arbitarily refused visitation.
