child visitations
my daughter has not wanted to stay at her fathers house on his weekends, he has not been in their lives over a year but now has reappeared what can i do

Absent a court order otherwise, he is still entitled to visitation. You may want to speak to a lawyer about the possibility of obtaining sole custody, which will put his visitation at your discretion.
