Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Vistation

The non-custodial parent moved out of state. The child is 5 years old. Do I have to allow my child to leave state?

Re: Child Vistation

Depends. Is there anything in a court order that makes reference to it? The non-custodial parent? Are you talking about having the child leave Florida for good, or only for visitation reasons?

Call your local bar referral service (you can find them in the yellow pages) who should be able to put you in contact with an attorney in your area.
