child

I wanted to visit my home country & wanted to take my 18 month old daughter with me,her father is refusing to sign consent (he is bitter that he has to pay child support),what should I do as I cant get passport for her without consent ,thank you .

File a motion to compel passport signature. It's a common motion and, so long as your home country isn't one with which the U.S. doesn't get along (and therefore your daughter couldn't be returned if you decided not to come back), these motions are routinely granted.
