Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I had a child out of wedlock- the mom is still legally married to another man. I want to establish my rights as the father- from what I am reading there is no way to establish rights due to her still being legally married to another person. Is this true? and if not- what are the legal steps needed in order to gain my rights as the father?

Very technical issue, cannot be answered here due to too many variables. See a local Family Law attorney soonest.

It depends on if the legal father is parenting the child or not. You should hire a lawyer.
