Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have had the child for 5 years last month the mother took the child out of school and put the child in a new one. I then got the child back and put her back in the orginal school the child was in. Last week the mother filed an injuction on me and lied on all of it. I was wondering what would be the evidence I would to prove that she is lying and get my child back.

Each injunction is different. An attorney has to review the allegations and prepare your defenses. Furthermore, it sounds like you may also need to put a parenting plan in place or enforce the one that is in place.
An injunction will affect a parenting plan and time sharing.

If she was able to get an injunction on you - where were you for the hearing? She could not have gotten it without the judge hearing the allegations first! If you wish to THE CHILD back, then you will need to file for Custody (if you have not already done so) and get an order from the court for same. You will need a parenting plan. I suggest you get THE CHILD's school records and be prepared to have people testify at trial for you.
