i am i 16 yr old chil that lives in the state of florida my mother no longer has coustdy of me, an ast night she called the cops on me, the cops tryed to call my father which in fact does have coustdy of me an then he told them he wanted nothing to do with me at all. is there any way to get emacapated at 16?

You can be emancipated if you have your own place to live and means of support and your parents both consent.
