Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My children are the full legal custody of their father. we had a bad breakup and he called DCf on me. I never did the tasks they asked and gave up. Periodically over the past 3 years we have tried to get back together but it never worked. Now since he has a girldfiend he doesn't want me to see our kids he wants me to go through the courts. what is my first move to the courts or to DCF. Do I even have a case since basically I have no parental rights to them.

Try filing a Modification of Custody - show the court you have done the parenting class -www.Theparentclasscom - show the court that you are now stable - ie job and place to live. then ask either for custody back or for a visitation schedule under the parenting plan. If you are asking for custody, then doa Modification of Custody and Child support.
