children
what kind of motion shold i file?my children were too from me and my lawyer fail to gett all the paper work done,the case was closed,i motioned for it to be reopened and they court denied it,what should i do next

You probably need to pay a reopen fee. I strongly urge you to hire an attorney.

If this is a dependency case, then a motion to re-open the case is in order. The catch is that you must prove a "substantial" change of circumstances or that it is safe for the children to return to you. There are some pretty stringent guidelines and it would be best for you to have another lawyer, one who knows dependency law, handle it for you.
