can the children live with mother if she is liveing and haveing a sexual relationship with her boyfriend while being married. divorce has been filed. she is also now pregnant by boyfriend.

Hypothetically, yes. A mother may get custody of her children even if she is having a sexual relationship with a boyfriend.
