Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

children

I am married anad have 2 children 1 is 16 and the other is 7, my husband and I have had some problems with our marriage and he tells me that if I leave the state that I would not be able to take my children that they would have to stay with him. Is there any law that would keep me from taking my children?

I would establish custody and the right to relocate by court order. Otherwise, he can go to court and obtain an order requiring you to return.
