Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can i take my children out of state if i dont have help and had to quit my job because he would not help me at all with taking care of our children so im stuck here with no money and late on rent dont have family here they are all in pennsylvania and if i go home i can get help with a babysitter and working.

You need the court's permission to relocate your children away from their father. There is a specific procedure the court follows when people want to leave the state as you propose.

If you get the court order you can go. YOu need to file for a relocation order. You seem to have the correct grounds for allowing it.
