Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My childrens father is threatening to take me to court to make me relocate my children back to the state he is living in, because i have threatened to put him on child support through the courts rather than him payin voluntairly like hes been doing(my reasoning because im tired of checks bouncing and me being responsible for it and he thinks he can lower it at any given moment). So being hes on the birth certificate i was curious even tho i have have good job, am having a house built and my children are doing great in school and are happy in another state with me AND he gave me permission when i asked if he minded if i took the kids outta state to live and he said that was fine, will a judge make me give my kids to him or make me up and move?

If not married to him then he has no case. Even if you are married to him if he does not file any court papers he will lose.
