Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My children's mother has decided to push me for child support after 15 years, I have been ordered to pay a certain amount a week, we have been to court twice, once i got three weeks behind, because i also am supporting two other smaller children, and had paid almost all of what i was behind before court, and yet the judge still through the book at me and demanded i pay $200 before the end of the day or i would be incarcerated. Now i find myself in the same situation except I am 1500 miles away. I am roughly around a month behind and she's taking me back to court feb. 17, 2010. What can i do to keep from having a warrant placed for my arrest because I can't afford to appear in court?

You need to pay to support your kids. That is your responsibility.

Bring your financial records to court and explain why you have not been able to pay. I suggest you also pay something prior to the hearing.
