Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If a child's father loses his parental rights after killing there grandfather " their mothers father" and is convicted of second degree murder and domestic violence and is sentenced to 20 years in prison but is released after 10 years on parole has more children would he have parental rights to these children since his parental rights of his older children were involuntarily terminated and technically those children would be siblings to the new children, or how would I go about terminating his parental rights to the new children as he is still violent please help i need his rights terminated asap
