It appears that there has been a significant change in circumstances that would allow you to file a Supplemental Petition to modify the child support amount. It seems that he is trying to intimidate you into not filing for a modification.

You may want to consult with a family law attorney in your area to get an idea of what the difference in child support will be withg his new increased earnings.
