Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My child's father that i have told from day 1 i wasnt going to stay in Florida for the rest of my life, decided to leave me while i was pregnant... He didnt care that i wasnt staying here before because he wanted to come with me. well now, after 2 1/2 years of the same plan i finally had our baby and he is now in the works of filing paper work to take me to court saying that I can't take his son out of the state. my question is, is there any way around this? is there any way i can leave, and if i leave before he files the papers... could he make me come back?

It will be up to the court. It is his child as much as it is yours and the law does not give you complete control.
