Do I have to let my child's father have his visitation when he has been MIA for 4 months and will not tell me where he is living in the state of Florida?

He must provide an address of where the child will be. However, I suggest you file a Motion to amend the visitation to supervised since he will not allow an address. Secondly, modify the child support arrangement as he has not seen the child and therefore the added expenses of raising a child have been imputed to you.

Both parties must follow the existing Order. You should file an Emergency Motion to Modify the existing plan.
