Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The child's home state has subject matter jurisdiction and ordered a parenting plan, where custodial parent has sole custody. UIFSA petition filed for child support. If support is ordered in non-custodial parent's state (FL), can the FL court modify the existing parenting plan, or does that need to be done in the child's home state?

The parenting plan should be modified in the state that has jurisdiction (the child's home state), although that isn't always what happens.
