what happens when you as afather pay for everything and you have all documents of that and still send her money but you cant now and 3 yrs ago your child support was abated for the benefit of the childrenbecause i have them 158 nights of the yrand now im being taking back to court for child support

If you are going to court without representation, show the judge the evidence concerning what you are saying here. In some cases, you can get credit for expenses you pay for. As for the other issue, the reduction in support because you have the child more than 40% of the nights, it doesn't relieve you of child support duties. It simply reduces the amount you owe... I do strongly suggest that you get an attorney to represent you in this action.
