Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

circuit court jurisdiction

Dear Support,

I am writing to find out whether my ex-wife's attorney can file a case to enforce or modify a final dissolution of marriage in Martin County (15th Judicial District Circuit Court) - to enforce a final dissolution of marriage agreement/order that was drafted, signed, and ordered in Broward County (17th District Circuit Court) in 1998? Our Final Agreement indicates that the 17th judicial court reserves jurisdiction on the case. CAn this case be moved or modified by her attorney in Martin County?

She lives/resides in Martin County and I still live/reside in Broward. We have two Minor Children together, She has our daughter and I have our son.

She is now looking to enforce childsupport and modify our final agreement. My question is can this be done and can I file a motion to dismiss the martin county case on the based on the final agreement indicates that the 17th Judicial Court' has jurisdiction of a Final Agreement/Dissolution Order?

Please help.

Thanks.

APB~
