US citizen marries a native of Samoa. Brings her to US so he can work in Atlanta. The wife goes back to Samoa to give birth to a child. Is the child considered a US citizen?

Assuming the husband lived in the U.S. for five years before the child's birth and assuming the child was just born, the child is a U.S. citizen. If this is not true, however, you should contact an immigration attorney, becuase the rules are very complex regarding the child's citizenship.
