Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello,

I am U.S. Citizen who traveled to India and married an Indian there. I came back to U.S. and He has cut contact with me, so it is making me think he might have married with the intention of getting greencard to U.S. my Question is if I divorce him, will he still be able to get permanent status, entrance into U.S, etc? Also, what is the process of me divorcing him from here? Thank You!

If you have lived in Fla. for 6 months and know where he lives you can start an action to dissolve the marriage. Immigration needs to be contacted.
