do I claim my sons disability check on my family law financial affidavit?

It would not be improper to leave your sons disability check off of your financial affidavit because it is your sons income and not yours. However, I usually advise my clients to include the disability payments as a footnote on the financial affidavit so as to avoid any allegation that they are trying to hide something.
