Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I need some clarification on the supportive relationship law after a divorce as it pertains to alimony. Does that mean at some point after my divorce I find someone else, that we can't live together? And if we do live together I loose all alimony? Thanks

If your partner is able to support you then there is an issue as to whether there is any further need for the alimony. There is also some wording in your Dissolution that should address what type of alimony you are receiving - bridge the gap, permanent, periodic, rehabilitative, lump sum etc.

If you want to continue to receive the alimony then you would be wise not to live with the boyfriend.
