Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hello my name is clayton,

I had a court hearing representing myself, and the hearing officer granted me credit for my child support. However he advised me write up my own order, becuase i prepared my own motion. i did write the order up several times, however the hearing officer secretary, keeps sending it back because its not in "lawyers format" or lawyer savy. I have a upcoming court hearing, and have not yet been able to get this court order signed and order. The only proof i have is the court ordered transcript which states that the child support credit was granted. My new court hearing is with a different judge. i fear that this judge will not take my credit into consideration becuase there is NO court order granting me the support. EVEN THOU I HAVE THE TRANSCRIPT. Will he over rule my recent granting of child support credit.

He might. You'd better quickly hire a lawyer to write that order for you.
