Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

A close friend of the family would like us to take custody and/or adopt her baby. She is 5months pregnant and would like to get things take care of quickly, yet neither parties can afford to do a conventional adoption of $10-$15k.... Is there any way to make such a thing happen without the cost of such fees, home studies, and counseling...
